Dear Governor and Legislators,

The drought is from God and will not end until after you end capital

punishment and severely restrict abortion. This will not happen until

sometime after 2007. I will only pray that God's will be done and

not for and end to the drought, many will suffer because of the

silence of the Church leaders and your own unwillingness to obey

Our ALMIGHTY FATHER. Remember Elijah.

The drought that is occurring here is a part of what was foretold to the Vatican in June 2000,

after they came to Missoula for Easter of 2000 looking for another miracle, you can look at a

more detailed chronology of events at www.selin.org, in the 1st chapter you will come to, on the

20th century to today. I had a formal letter stating this notarized at the Missoula Courthouse in

November of 2001. Early in 2002 I sent this letter to many news organizations including the local

Helena paper by registered mail. The Church knows who I am and will not be allowed to sweep

this under the rug, and YOU will have to deal with this, for the Hand of God shall not lift until you

obey Him. I have attached a formal update from July 2004, while praying in Fatima, Portugal.
